I’m excited to share my splits training video from Fit4Flight with you. Fit4Flight is a series of at-home workouts that are specific to aerialists, with special focus on microbends, inversion strength, key aerial shapes, splits, and toe point.
There are dozens of misconceptions about splits that I try to dispel in this video so that you can train as safely and effectively as possible. We focus on active flexibility so that you feel strong and healthy no matter where you are in your splits journey.
In this video I lead you through a warmup, targeted exercises, and specific instructions for safely moving into your splits. I also include a square splits practice and an option to practice oversplits.
