Switch things up a little with these fabric shoulder stretches. The internal rotation one offers really lovely stimulation to the shoulders + gentle strength building.
Moving the shoulders in all directions before training helps prep the regions for good hard work and helps prevent injury. I like to try to find lots of subtly different angles for stretches, not just doing everything straight-on.
Shift your body and listen in to what you can feel when you make subtle changes. This can feel really good and contribute to body awareness 🙂
